How is the Influence Score calculated?+

Our AI model combines four weighted signals: social engagement (40%), audience growth rate (25%), media coverage (20%), and sentiment score (15%). These are refreshed every 6 hours. No one can pay to improve their score — only organic digital performance does.

Is PolitIQ affiliated with any political party?+

No. We are completely independent and politically neutral. Our scoring is purely algorithmic and data-driven. Leaders from all parties are measured by identical criteria.

Which social media platforms do you track?+

We currently track Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), and YouTube. We are working on adding WhatsApp channel metrics and Telegram in our next update.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?+

Yes. You can cancel your Pro or Strategist subscription at any time from your account settings. You will retain access until the end of your billing period.

Is there an API available for developers?+

Yes. Pro subscribers get 100 API calls per day. Strategist subscribers get unlimited API access. Documentation is available at api.politiq.in (coming soon).

Do you cover all 28 Indian states?+

We are progressively expanding. We currently have full data for Northeast India (8 states) and are adding 2–3 states per month. All 28 states will be covered by Q2 2026.
